Astro-Vastu:
Strengthening Relationships with Vastu Remedies

Vastu Guruji Rana Sikander (RS) applies the complete Astro-Vastu system to the four relationship boxes. Each box governs a distinct domain: worldly and social (Box 7), family and financial (Box 2), workplace (Box 6), and senior or high-positioned people (Box 10). Activating all four simultaneously transforms the quality of every relationship in your life — with just one coherent set of personalised Vastu placements.

Introduction: Relationships Through the Astro-Vastu Lens

Assignment 6 is the practical application of the complete Astro-Vastu system to the single most important dimension of human experience — relationships. While Assignments 1 through 5 established the theory and demonstrated the method with Box 1 and Box 3, Assignment 6 extends the same four-rule enabling process across all four relationship boxes simultaneously.

In Vedic astrology, relationships are not governed by a single box. Different boxes govern entirely different kinds of relationships: worldly and social dealings, family intimacy, workplace dynamics, and hierarchical bonds with authority figures each have their own dedicated box, cusp sign, sign lord, and occupant planets. Vastu Guruji Rana Sikander (RS) teaches that unless all four boxes are correctly enabled, at least one relationship domain will remain consistently strained — no matter how much personal effort is invested.

Assignment 6 gives you the complete road map: four sets of Vastu placements, derived from one horoscope, that together activate every relationship domain in your life.

The 4 Rules to Enable Any Box (Recap)

These four universal rules, established in Assignment 5, apply identically to each of the four relationship boxes. Master them once and you can enable every box in any horoscope.

Rule 1 — Activity of the Box in the Vastu Zone of the Cusp Sign

Identify the cusp sign of the box and its corresponding Vastu direction. The primary activity of that box must be physically performed in that zone. For Box 7 (Libra = WSW), social, negotiation, and partnership activities belong in the WSW portion of your home. For Box 2 (Taurus = NW), money storage and family gathering should be in NW.

Rule 2 — Objects of Occupant Planets in the Cusp Sign Zone

Each planet occupying the box has characteristic objects (from Assignment 2). These objects must be placed in the Vastu zone of the box's cusp sign. Occupant planet objects create the stable energetic field through which the box's relationship themes activate.

Rule 3 — Hit Objects Placed on the Box's Cusp Sign Zone

From Assignment 3, identify all planetary hits on the cusp sign/lord and on occupants. Each hit angle generates a specific sub-object. These hit-derived objects are placed in the cusp sign's zone. They fine-tune the planetary field and give each remedy its precision.

Rule 4 — Mixed-Trait Objects from the Hitting Planet's Traits (Assignment 4)

For every hit, the hitting planet donates its colour, shape, material, and character to the hit planet's objects. These mixed-trait objects are the most personalised remedies. No two horoscopes produce the same set — this is what makes Astro-Vastu uniquely yours.

Special Rules for Rahu & Ketu in Relationship Box Enabling

⸮ Rahu-Ketu Checklist for Assignment 6
  1. Rahu or Ketu as cusp sign owner: Ra and Ke do not own signs in standard Vedic astrology. If a relationship box cusp sign has no traditional sign lord (edge case), apply the co-lordship rule where applicable and note that Ra/Ke zone placements follow the north (Ra) and south (Ke) node directions.
  2. Rahu or Ketu as box occupant: Ra objects must be the most visually prominent, attention-grabbing object placed in the box's cusp sign zone. Ke objects must be hidden, covered, or stored away within that zone. In RS's chart, Rahu occupies Box 10 — the Gold Omega Brand wall clock (Ra = attention-grabbing brand) must be the most prominent object in the NE zone.
  3. Sign lord hitting Rahu or Ketu: The hitting planet's traits attach to Ra/Ke objects and also to all other planets receiving the same hit. In Box 10, Jupiter's 30° hit on Rahu in Sg.9 adds gold colour to Rahu's brand object — producing the Gold Omega wall clock.
  4. Always respect the vividness (Ra) and concealment (Ke) rules: Regardless of how many mixed-trait objects are generated, Ra's object must never be hidden and Ke's object must never be the focal point of the zone. These primary rules override any aesthetic or decorating preference.

Box 7: Worldly & Social Relationships

In RS's horoscope, Box 7 has Libra (Tula) on its cusp, mapping to the WSW and E6 zones. Due to the 4° Orb Rule, Virgo (Kanya) is also active, adding the North zone to valid placements. Box 7 has no occupant planets in RS's chart — so this box is enabled entirely through cusp sign activities, sign lord objects, and their hit sub-objects.

Life questions this assignment answers: (a) How to maintain harmonious relationships with the world? (b) How to attract good clients through effective people behaviour? (c) How to maintain sweet relationships with the life partner and colleagues?

Li Cusp i — Libra / Tula → WSW & E6 (Primary Zone)
Zone:
WSW and E6 (Libra / Tula direction)
Activity to Place:
Study and support-staff area → WSW; Weighing and decision-making space → WSW
Effect:
Libra governs balance, partnership, and weighing of decisions. Setting up study, intellectual, and support-staff activities in the WSW zone directly activates Box 7's worldly relationship energy. Decisions made in this zone carry the balanced quality of Libra's scales.
Hit i.a — 150° Ma.Ar.1
Mars Hits Libra Cusp at 150° — Kitchen and Cooking Area
Mars (Ma) in Aries (Ar), Box 1, sends a 150° pausing-and-redirecting hit to the Libra cusp of Box 7. Mars governs fire, heat, transformation, and nourishment through cooking. A kitchen or cooking area placed in or oriented toward the WSW zone channels this Mars energy — the act of cooking (Mars) in the WSW (Libra zone) simultaneously feeds and sustains the worldly relationships of Box 7.
Activity/area to place in WSW: Kitchen and cooking area → WSW zone. The presence of heat, fire, and active cooking in WSW generates the Mars-Libra mixed energy that sustains and strengthens Box 7's social and worldly relationship field. Food prepared here nourishes the bonds that Box 7 governs.
Vi Cusp ii — Virgo / Kanya → North Zone [4° Orb Rule]
Zone:
North (Virgo / Kanya direction — activated via 4° Orb)
Activity to Place:
Meeting place with people → North; Organizers and gift packing → North
4° Orb Explanation:
The Box 7 cusp degree in Libra falls within 4° of the Virgo sign boundary, so Virgo becomes a secondary cusp sign for Box 7. Virgo's North zone activates with a distinct flavour: organised, detail-oriented, service-directed social interactions.
Effect:
Setting up your primary meeting space in the North zone channels Virgo's meticulous, service-oriented energy into Box 7's worldly relationships. Greeting guests, discussing collaborations, and gifting from this space creates impressions of care and precision.
Activity ii.a
Meeting Place with People → North Zone
The primary social activity under the Virgo (North) cusp of Box 7 is the act of meeting people — setting up a reception area, living room seating, or a designated guest zone in the North portion of the home activates the Virgo-Box 7 relationship field. Every conversation held here is energised by Virgo's communicative, service-oriented quality.
Place in North: Main meeting and greeting space — sofas, chairs, welcome area, and guest reception point. This is the primary zone where you receive and interact with clients, collaborators, and acquaintances.
Activity ii.b
Organisers and Gift Packing → North Zone
Virgo's organisational and service quality also calls for organising tools and gift-wrapping activities to be placed in the North zone. When gifts are prepared and sent from this direction, they carry the Virgo-Box 7 energy of thoughtful service and strengthen the recipient's bond with you.
Place in North: Stationery organisers, gift-wrapping supplies, ribbons, packaging materials. Keep this corner neat, detailed, and intentional — reflecting Virgo's precision in every gesture toward the world.
Ve Sign Lord i — Venus (Shukra) — Sign Lord of Libra
Planet:
Venus (Shukra) — sign lord of Libra (Box 7 cusp sign)
Sign.Box:
Venus is in Aries (Ar) · Box 1 in RS's chart
Core Objects:
Designer clothes and watches → placed in East and E6 (Venus's own zone, Box 1)
Note:
A sign lord's objects are always placed in the zone of the sign lord's own box, not the cusp box. Venus occupies Box 1 (East zone), so its objects go East — not WSW.
Hit i.a — 30° Me.Pi.12
Mercury Assists Venus at 30° — Golden Small Two-Part Pen
Mercury (Me) in Pisces (Pi), Box 12, sends a 30° assisting hit to Venus. Mercury adds pen, communication, duality, and stationery traits. Jupiter's 90° hit on Mercury in the chart adds the gold colour. The pen has two detachable parts (Mercury = dual) and is small and refined (Venus = elegant aesthetic).
Mixed-trait remedy: Golden small two-part pen → East zone. This pen — carried on important social occasions — channels Mercury's communication clarity through Venus's elegance into Box 7's worldly relationships. The 30° assisting hit means it consistently and gently supports every social interaction Box 7 governs.
Hit i.b — 45° Su.Aq.12
Sun Pauses Venus at 45° — Sage Patanjali Statue
Sun (Su) in Aquarius (Aq), Box 12, sends a 45° pausing hit to Venus. Sun adds authority, healing, and core-functioning traits. The Sage Patanjali statue — Sun as the topmost healer and authority of yogic knowledge, depicted with a serpent lower body (Ketu form, Rahu co-owns Aquarius) — is the precise mixed-trait object. The 45° quality redirects Venus's pleasure-seeking toward purposeful social grace.
Mixed-trait remedy: Sage Patanjali statue → West zone (Aquarius direction). Placed in West, it simultaneously serves Venus (Box 1 hit), Box 7's sign lord (Venus), and Box 6's sign lord (Sun in Leo). One statue — multiple boxes activated.
Hit i.c — 120° Ju.Sg.9
Jupiter Excels Venus at 120° — Gold Coin from Guru Ji
Jupiter (Ju) in Sagittarius (Sg), Box 9, sends a 120° excelling hit to Venus — the most expansive and amplifying hit angle. Jupiter adds gold colour, round shape, large size, and Gurukul (place of higher learning, Box 9) energy. A Gold Coin received from a Guru Ji carries all traits: gold (Jupiter), round (Jupiter shape), given by a teacher of fortune (Box 9).
Mixed-trait remedy: Gold Coin from Guru Ji → East zone (with Venus's personal belongings in Box 1's Aries zone). The 120° excelling hit on Venus means this single object carries the highest potency for activating Box 7's worldly relationship excellence. Keep it with personal belongings in East — its presence amplifies every social interaction governed by Venus as Box 7's sign lord.
Me Sign Lord ii — Mercury / Budh — Sign Lord of Virgo [4° Orb]
Planet:
Mercury (Budh) — sign lord of Virgo (Box 7 secondary cusp via 4° Orb)
Sign.Box:
Mercury is in Pisces (Pi) · Box 12 in RS's chart
Core Objects:
Research-based books and musical instruments → NE zone (Mercury's own zone)
Hit ii.a — 90° Ju.Sg.9
Jupiter Holds Mercury at 90° — Golden ShrimadbhagwadGita
Jupiter (Ju) in Sagittarius, Box 9, sends a 90° holding hit to Mercury. The 90° angle holds and anchors — it creates stability and grounding. Jupiter adds gold, large size, and sacred knowledge. Mercury governs books and written knowledge. Combined: a large, golden-covered sacred text of knowledge. The ShrimadbhagwadGita (sacred knowledge text = Mercury/Budh; gold cover = Jupiter; from a Gurukul setting = Box 9) is the precise mixed-trait object.
Mixed-trait remedy: Golden ShrimadbhagwadGita → West zone (Aquarius direction, Jupiter's 90° hit placed in the hit planet Mercury's — wait — the Gita is a Mercury object but the hit is from Jupiter in Sg.9. Place in West zone where Mercury's hit-generated object is shelved). Reading it from this zone channels Virgo's communicative precision through Jupiter's wisdom into Box 7's worldly relationship clarity.
No planet occupies Box 7 in RS's example horoscope. Box 7 is enabled entirely through its cusp sign activities (WSW and North), sign lords Venus and Mercury, and their hit sub-objects. This is common — many boxes are unoccupied, and the system works perfectly through cusp and sign lord activations alone.

Box 2: Family & Financial Institution Relationships

In RS's horoscope, Box 2 has Taurus (Vrishabh) on its cusp, mapping to the NW zone (W7). Box 2 has Saturn (Shani) as an occupant. The sign lord of Taurus is Venus (same Venus as Box 7), whose objects always go in its own zone (East zone, Box 1 Aries).

Life questions this assignment answers: (a) How to maintain harmony in family relationships? (b) How to maintain good relationships with extended family and society? (c) How to maintain good relationships with banks and financial institutions?

Ta Cusp i — Taurus / Vrishabh → NW Zone (W7)
Zone:
NW and W7 (Taurus / Vrishabh direction)
Activity to Place:
Valuable items and money → NW zone
Effect:
Taurus governs wealth, possessions, and the treasury of life. Keeping money, valuables, important financial documents, and family heirlooms in the NW zone directly activates Box 2's family and financial institution relationship energy. This is the physical anchor of Box 2.
Hit i.a — 45° Me.Pi.12
Mercury Pauses Taurus Cusp at 45° — Green Wooden Chair
Mercury (Me) in Pisces (Pi), Box 12, sends a 45° pausing hit to the Taurus cusp of Box 2. Mercury's colour is green and its material is wood (Mercury = plants, wood, greenery, communication). The 45° pausing quality creates a reflective, composed energy — ideal for deliberate family and financial discussions. A green wooden chair in the NW zone embodies all traits: green (Mercury colour), wooden (Mercury material), chair (Mercury = seat of communication and deliberation).
Mixed-trait remedy: Green wooden chair → NW zone. Place this chair in the NW (Taurus direction) — ideally where money decisions, family meetings, or financial discussions take place. The green-wood combination pauses (45°) and clarifies communication in family and financial matters, bringing Mercury's precision to every Taurus-domain relationship.
Ve Sign Lord i — Venus (Shukra) — Sign Lord of Taurus (same as Box 7)
Planet:
Venus (Shukra) — sign lord of Taurus (Box 2 cusp sign)
Sign.Box:
Venus is in Aries (Ar) · Box 1 — objects always placed in East and E6
Core Objects:
Designer clothes and watches → East and E6 (Venus's own position, same as Box 7)

Venus is the sign lord of both Libra (Box 7) and Taurus (Box 2) in the zodiac. In RS's chart, Venus sits in Box 1 (Aries). Its objects — designer clothes, watches, and the three hit sub-objects (golden pen, Patanjali statue, gold coin from Guru Ji) — are placed in East (Box 1's zone). These same objects simultaneously activate Box 2's family relationship domain through Venus's role as Taurus's sign lord. One set of Venus placements serves both Box 7 and Box 2. This efficiency is a hallmark of the Astro-Vastu system — planetary objects placed correctly in their own zone resonate outward to every box whose cusp sign that planet lords.

Sa Occupant i — Saturn (Shani) in Box 2
Planet:
Saturn (Shani) — occupant of Box 2
Core Objects:
Old, ancient, antique items; large heavy objects; iron, dark-coloured items; items of historical or traditional value
Placement:
NW zone (Box 2 Taurus cusp zone)

Saturn in Box 2 brings the energy of long-standing tradition, structural integrity, and patient accumulation to family relationships. Saturn's objects — old items, antiques, heavy traditional pieces — placed in the NW zone anchor Box 2 with Saturn's disciplined, enduring relationship energy. Family bonds governed by Saturn are built slowly, solidly, and last across generations.

Hit i.a — 30° Ve.Ar.1
Venus Assists Saturn at 30° — Old Pure/Ancient Coins (Shuddh)
Venus (Ve) in Aries (Ar), Box 1, sends a 30° assisting hit to Saturn (Shani) in Box 2. Venus adds beauty, branded quality, and fine craftsmanship to Saturn's ancient, traditional objects. Saturn's core object is "old" (Sa = age, tradition, shuddh = pure/ancient). Venus's 30° assist adds the quality of being refined and beautiful. The result: old, pure, ancient coins — antique numismatic pieces of genuine traditional value and aesthetic beauty.
Mixed-trait remedy: Old pure/ancient coins (Shuddh) → NW zone. These antique coins represent Saturn's longevity and Venus's refined beauty simultaneously. Place them in the NW zone (Box 2, Taurus direction) — in a decorative display case or family heirloom box. Their presence consistently assists (30°) family relationships by anchoring the energy of time-tested bonds and inherited wealth.
Hit i.b — 150° Ju.Sg.9
Jupiter Hits Saturn at 150° — Big Brass Pot
Jupiter (Ju) in Sagittarius (Sg), Box 9, sends a 150° hit to Saturn in Box 2. Jupiter adds large size, yellow/gold colour, and traditional-vessel quality (Jupiter = sacred utensils used in puja and auspicious ceremonies). Saturn's heaviness and traditional character combined with Jupiter's large, sacred, brass/gold quality produces a big brass pot — a large, traditional vessel that represents family wealth and auspicious abundance.
Mixed-trait remedy: Big brass pot (पीतल का बड़ा पात्र) → NW zone. A large, traditional brass pot placed prominently in the NW zone channels Jupiter's fortune and Saturn's structural endurance into Box 2's family relationships. Brass (Jupiter yellow-gold + Saturn heavy metal) and large size (Jupiter) together create an anchor of traditional family wealth and institutional trust for banks and financial relationships governed by Box 2.

Box 6: Workplace Relationships

In RS's horoscope, Box 6 has Leo (Singh) on its cusp, mapping to the ENE zone. The sign lord of Leo is the Sun (Surya). Box 6 has no occupant planets in RS's chart.

Life questions this assignment answers: (a) How to maintain good relationships with employees and colleagues? (b) How to maintain good relationships with debtors and creditors?

Le Cusp i — Leo / Singh → ENE Zone
Zone:
ENE (Leo / Singh direction)
Activity to Place:
Serving prominent and important people → ENE zone
Effect:
Leo governs authority, prominence, and leadership. The activity of serving, assisting, and working alongside important, prominent people should be physically centred in the ENE zone. This is the space for workplace tools, work-station setup, and service-oriented activities — aligned with Leo's noble, authoritative character.

Setting up your primary workstation, client-service area, or work-management space in the ENE zone of your home or office directly activates Box 6's workplace relationship energy. The quality of service you render — to employees, colleagues, debtors, and creditors — is elevated when the physical activity of that service occurs in Leo's zone.

Su Sign Lord i — Sun (Surya) — Sign Lord of Leo
Planet:
Sun (Surya) — sign lord of Leo (Box 6 cusp sign)
Sign.Box:
Sun is in Aquarius (Aq) · Box 12 in RS's chart
Core Objects:
Sage Patanjali statue (Su) → West zone (Sun's own box zone, Aquarius = West)

Sun is the sign lord of Leo (Box 6). In RS's chart, Sun occupies Box 12 in Aquarius — which maps to the West zone. Following the cardinal rule of Astro-Vastu, Sun's objects are placed in West (its own box's zone), not in ENE. The Sage Patanjali statue — already established as the primary Sun object in Assignment 5 — serves here as the Box 6 sign lord activator as well. One statue in the West simultaneously empowers Box 6's workplace relationships (through Sun's lordship of Leo) and multiple other boxes where Sun sends or receives hits.

Sun Object
Sage Patanjali Statue → West Zone
The Sage Patanjali statue represents Sun's highest expression: authority, authenticity, healing, and transcendent knowledge. Patanjali's form — a sage with a serpent lower body — combines Sun (authority, gold, upper body) with Ketu (serpent, concealed lower form) and reflects Rahu's co-ownership of Aquarius (attention of top position). Placed in the West, this statue serves Box 6 (workplace relationships through Sun's sign-lordship of Leo), Box 12 (everyday authority through Sun's occupation), Box 1 (through Sun's hits on Mars and Venus), and Box 3 (through Sun's hit on the Taurus cusp).
Core remedy: Sage Patanjali statue → West zone. This single well-placed statue is one of the most multi-functional remedy objects in RS's entire Astro-Vastu setup — a testament to the system's efficiency when placements are derived correctly from the birth chart.
No planets occupy Box 6 in RS's example horoscope. Box 6 is activated entirely through its cusp sign activity in ENE (serving prominent people) and the Sun sign lord's object (Patanjali statue) placed in West. The absence of occupants simplifies Box 6 while Sun's multi-box reach ensures its activation is still potent.

Box 10: Relationships with Senior & High-Positioned People

In RS's horoscope, Box 10 has Sagittarius (Dhanu) on its cusp, mapping to the NE zone. Box 10 has two occupants: Rahu (Ra) and Moon (Chandra). The sign lord of Sagittarius is Jupiter (Guru).

Life questions this assignment answers: (a) How to maintain proper relationships with boss? (b) How to build good relationships with government institutions? (c) How to build good relationships with highly-positioned people?

Sg Cusp i — Sagittarius / Dhanu → NE Zone
Zone:
NE (Sagittarius / Dhanu direction)
Activity to Place:
Target and goal setting → NE zone
Effect:
Sagittarius governs aspiration, long-range targets, and the pursuit of excellence. Placing your goal-setting activities, achievement vision boards, and professional target lists in the NE zone channels Sagittarius's aspiration energy into Box 10's high-positioned relationship domain. You attract people of similar excellence when you operate from this zone with clear, intentional goals.

The NE zone is considered auspicious in classical Vastu — it is the zone of wisdom, clarity, and new beginnings. When it maps to Box 10 (Sagittarius), it becomes the power seat for career excellence and relationships with authority. Conducting your most ambitious planning, goal-setting, and high-stakes decisions from the NE zone gives them the full force of Box 10's cusp energy.

Ju Sign Lord i — Jupiter (Guru) — Sign Lord of Sagittarius
Planet:
Jupiter (Guru) — sign lord of Sagittarius (Box 10 cusp sign)
Sign.Box:
Jupiter is in Sagittarius (Sg) · Box 9 in RS's chart
Core Objects:
Knowledge-enhancing books and technology gadgets → NE zone (Jupiter's own position, Sagittarius = NE)

Jupiter occupies Box 9 in Sagittarius — and since Sagittarius maps to the NE zone, Jupiter's objects go directly in NE. This is a perfect alignment: Jupiter's own position (Box 9, Sg, NE) coincides with Box 10's cusp sign direction (Sagittarius = NE). Knowledge books and technology gadgets placed in NE serve both as Box 9 sign lord objects (Jupiter in Sg.9) and as Box 10 sign lord objects (Jupiter lords Sagittarius = Box 10 cusp). Double activation from one set of placements.

Knowledge-enhancing books and technology gadgets → NE zone (Sagittarius direction)

Ra Occupant i — Rahu in Box 10 (Sagittarius / NE)
Planet:
Rahu (Ra) — occupant of Box 10
Core Objects:
Most attention-grabbing, vivid, brand-prominent object in the NE zone
Ra Rule:
Rahu's object must be the most prominent, attention-commanding item in the zone — it can never be hidden or understated.

Rahu in Box 10 gives immense ambition, desire for top positions, and the ability to attract attention from high-positioned people. Rahu's placement in Sagittarius (Box 10) makes his object something vivid and attention-grabbing that relates to aspiration and excellence — a prominent branded item that catches the eye the moment someone enters the NE zone.

Hit i.a — 30° Ju.Sg.9
Jupiter Assists Rahu at 30° — Gold Omega Brand Wall Clock
Jupiter (Ju) in Sagittarius (Sg), Box 9, sends a 30° assisting hit to Rahu in Box 10 (also in Sg.10 in RS's chart — both in Sagittarius). Jupiter adds gold colour, large round shape, and prominence-of-excellence quality. Rahu adds the need for the most vivid, attention-grabbing brand object. The 30° hit from Jupiter gives consistent, steady enhancement. Combined: a gold-coloured (Jupiter = gold), brand-prominent (Rahu = Omega — one of the world's most recognised watch brands), large round wall clock (Jupiter = round, large) placed in the NE zone as the most prominent decorative object.
Mixed-trait remedy: Gold Omega Brand wall clock → NE zone, displayed as the most prominent item on the north-east wall. Gold (Jupiter) + Omega brand (Rahu = highest brand attention) + wall clock (large, round = Jupiter) + placement in NE (Sagittarius = excellence and high positions). This clock is the centrepiece of Box 10's activation — it draws the eye, projects aspiration, and communicates excellence to every person of high position who visits.
Mo Occupant ii — Moon (Chandra) in Box 10 (Sagittarius / NE)
Planet:
Moon (Chandra) — occupant of Box 10
Core Objects:
Silver items, sea-creature shapes (dolphin, fish, shell), round white/silver objects, water-related ornaments
Placement:
NE zone (Box 10 Sagittarius cusp zone)

Moon in Box 10 (Sagittarius, NE) brings emotional intelligence, intuitive rapport, and nurturing energy to relationships with high-positioned people. Moon's objects — silver, sea-creatures, round white shapes — placed in NE complement Rahu's attention-grabbing clock with quieter, softer, emotionally resonant symbols of excellence. The Moon in Box 10 helps you connect emotionally with bosses and authority figures in a way that creates genuine trust and warmth.

Hit ii.a — 30° Ju.Sg.9
Jupiter Assists Moon at 30° — Gold-Plated Silver Plate
Jupiter (Ju) in Sagittarius, Box 9, sends a 30° assisting hit to Moon in Box 10. Jupiter adds gold plating, large size, and auspicious quality. Moon's core material is silver. Combined: a gold-plated (Jupiter = gold) silver plate (Moon = silver, round, reflective). The plate represents both the Moon's round shape and reflective silver nature, now gilded with Jupiter's gold excellence.
Mixed-trait remedy: Gold-plated silver plate → NE zone. A decorative gold-plated silver plate displayed in NE zone. Moon's silver warmth combined with Jupiter's golden prominence assists (30°) consistently in building emotional resonance with high-positioned people (Box 10). Keep it polished and visible alongside the Omega clock in NE.
Hit ii.b — Jupiter Assist
Golden Silver Dolphin — Moon's Shape Object with Jupiter Gold
The dolphin is a classic Moon object: silver, sea-creature, smooth, graceful, intelligent — all Moon qualities. With Jupiter's gold contribution (from the same 30° hit), the dolphin becomes gold-coloured or gold-detailed silver. The dolphin also symbolises Box 10's aspiration toward excellence — dolphins leap above the surface, reach for heights, and navigate complex social hierarchies with ease.
Mixed-trait remedy: Golden silver dolphin → NE zone. A silver dolphin figurine with gold detailing (or gold-toned silver) placed in the NE zone alongside the Omega clock and gold-plated plate. Together, these three objects — clock (Rahu + Jupiter), plate (Moon + Jupiter), dolphin (Moon + Jupiter) — create a fully activated Box 10 zone that draws excellent relationships with high-positioned people from every angle: ambition (Rahu), wisdom (Jupiter), and emotional rapport (Moon).

NE Zone (Box 10 — Senior People)
Gold Omega Brand Wall Clock
30° Ju.Sg.9 on Ra (Rahu) — Box 10 Occupant

Most prominent object in NE — Rahu rule requires it to command attention. Gold (Jupiter) + Omega brand (Rahu = vivid, attention-grabbing) + large round wall clock (Jupiter shape). Centrepiece of Box 10 activation.

NE Zone (Box 10 — Senior People)
Gold-Plated Silver Plate
30° Ju.Sg.9 on Mo (Moon) — Box 10 Occupant

Golden Silver Dolphin
Jupiter assist on Mo (Moon) — Box 10 Occupant

NE Zone (Box 10 — Senior People)
Mercury Objects — Research Books & Musical Instruments
Mercury (Me.Pi.12) — 4° Orb sign lord for Box 7 North; also NE objects

Mercury's research books and musical instruments placed in NE serve both Box 7's Virgo North zone (via Mercury as sign lord) and complement Box 10's knowledge theme through Jupiter's zone alignment. Mercury adds communicative precision to the NE.

Serving Prominent People — Work Area
Box 6 cusp activity — Leo/Singh → ENE

Primary workplace and service activity centred in ENE. Work desk, client service tools, professional management area. Leo's authority and prominence activates Box 6's workplace relationship energy from this zone.

East Zone (Box 7 — Worldly)
Designer Clothes & Watches
Venus (Ve.Ar.1) — sign lord of Libra (Box 7) and Taurus (Box 2)

Venus's core objects in East (Box 1 Aries zone — Venus's own position). Simultaneously activate Box 7 (Libra sign lord) and Box 2 (Taurus sign lord). Designer clothes and quality watches in East empower both relationship domains through one placement.

East Zone (Box 7 — Worldly)
Gold Small Two-Part Pen
30° Me.Pi.12 on Ve.Ar.1 — Venus (Box 7 sign lord)

Mercury's communication quality (pen) + Jupiter's gold colour = a small golden two-part pen. Placed East, carries on social occasions. Assists (30°) worldly and social relationships governed by Box 7 through Venus's sign-lordship of Libra.

East Zone (Box 7 — Worldly)
Gold Coin from Guru Ji
120° Ju.Sg.9 on Ve.Ar.1 — Venus (Box 7 and Box 2 sign lord)

Most powerful Box 7 activator. Jupiter's 120° excelling hit on Venus produces gold (Jupiter) + round coin (Jupiter shape) + Guru Ji's gift (Box 9 = Gurukul). Kept in East with personal belongings — excels all worldly and family relationships through Venus's dual sign-lordship.

WSW Zone (Box 7 — Worldly)
Study & Support Staff Area; Kitchen/Stove
Box 7 cusp activity (Libra → WSW) + 150° Ma.Ar.1 on Libra cusp

Primary Box 7 zone for decision-making, study, and support activities. The kitchen (Mars cooking fire) placed in or oriented WSW generates the Mars-Libra relationship energy that sustains social bonds through nourishment.

North Zone (Box 7 — Worldly, 4° Orb)
Public Meeting Place & Gift Organisers
Box 7 Virgo cusp (4° Orb) → North; Mercury sign lord of Virgo

Virgo's North zone serves as secondary Box 7 zone. Meeting and greeting guests, social reception area, and gift packaging supplies all placed here. Virgo's meticulous service quality elevates every worldly interaction conducted from North.

West Zone (Multi-Box)
Sage Patanjali Statue
Su.Aq.12 — sign lord of Leo (Box 6); multiple hits across boxes

Sun's object in its own zone (Aquarius = West). Serves as Box 6 sign lord activator (Sun lords Leo = Box 6 cusp), Box 7 Venus hit activator (45° Su on Ve), Box 1 Mars and Venus hit activator, and Box 3 cusp hit activator. One statue — five or more simultaneous activations across the horoscope.

West Zone (Box 7 — Worldly)
Golden ShrimadbhagwadGita
90° Ju.Sg.9 on Me.Pi.12 — Mercury (Box 7 Virgo sign lord)

Jupiter's 90° holding hit on Mercury produces a golden (Jupiter) knowledge text (Mercury = books). The ShrimadbhagwadGita in a golden cover, placed in West, grounds (90°) Mercury's communicative quality with Jupiter's wisdom — strengthening worldly relationships through clarity and sacred knowledge.

Key Insight from Vastu Guruji Rana Sikander:

"The same Astro-Vastu remedies that activate each box work for ALL questions related to that box. You do not need different remedies for different relationship problems within the same box — activating the box activates all its promised areas simultaneously. When Box 7 is enabled with the correct placements, it improves your worldly social harmony, your client attraction, and your life partner sweetness — all at once. When Box 10 is activated, your boss relationship, government dealings, and high-positioned person rapport all improve together. One coherent placement setup serves every relationship theme of each box. This is the efficiency and precision of Astro-Vastu."

How to Apply This to Your Own Horoscope

The RS example above is a template. Here is the universal process for enabling all four relationship boxes in any birth chart using Assignment 6:

Identify Your Four Relationship Boxes and Their Cusp Signs

From your Kundli (birth chart), note the zodiac sign on the cusp of Box 7, Box 2, Box 6, and Box 10. Look up the Vastu direction for each sign from Assignment 1's zone table. Apply the 4° Orb Rule to each — any cusp sign within 4° of a boundary adds the neighbouring sign and its zone.

Identify Sign Lords for Each Relationship Box

For each cusp sign, note its sign lord and where that planet sits in your chart (which box and sign). Remember: the sign lord's objects always go in the zone of the sign lord's own box — not in the target relationship box's zone. Note all hits the sign lord receives (from Assignment 3) to derive mixed-trait objects.

List All Occupant Planets in Each Relationship Box

Check which planets sit inside Box 7, Box 2, Box 6, and Box 10. For each occupant, list its core objects (Assignment 2) and all planetary hits it receives (Assignment 3). If Rahu or Ketu is an occupant, apply the special Ra/Ke rules: Ra = most prominent object; Ke = most concealed object in the zone.

Apply Mixed-Trait Rules to Every Hit (Assignment 4)

For each hit on each sign lord and each occupant, derive the mixed-trait object: the hitting planet adds its colour, shape, material, and character to the hit planet's object. The resulting object is your most personalised and powerful remedy for that specific box.

Place All Derived Objects in Their Designated Zones

Place all cusp sign activities, sign lord objects, occupant objects, and mixed-trait hit objects in their respective Vastu zones. Verify each placement against the four rules. Remember that any single object may serve multiple boxes if its planet lords multiple cusp signs or receives hits from planets in different boxes.

Monitor All Four Relationship Domains Together

Once all placements are in place, observe changes across all four relationship domains over 3 to 6 months. Because the Astro-Vastu system is holistic, improvements often appear first in the most strained relationship domain — the one where the box was most completely blocked. Track each domain separately (worldly, family, workplace, high-positioned) and fine-tune based on what manifests.

Important Observation from RS's Example: Notice how many of RS's remedies appear in multiple boxes simultaneously — the Patanjali statue (West) serves Box 6, Box 7, Box 1, Box 3; the Gold Coin from Guru Ji (East) serves Box 7, Box 2, Box 1, Box 3; the Omega wall clock (NE) serves Box 10 through Rahu and Jupiter together. This cross-box efficiency is the hallmark of a correctly derived Astro-Vastu placement system: each object earns its place by activating multiple life dimensions at once, rather than being relegated to a single purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Vastu boxes govern which relationships?
In Astro-Vastu, Box 7 governs worldly and social relationships (clients, life partner, public dealings), Box 2 governs family and financial institution relationships, Box 6 governs workplace relationships (colleagues, employees, debtors), and Box 10 governs relationships with bosses, government bodies, and high-positioned people.
How does placing objects in specific zones improve relationships?
Each Vastu zone corresponds to a birth chart box that governs specific life areas. When you place the correct planetary objects (based on your horoscope's sign lord and occupants) in that zone's direction, you amplify the planetary energy of that box — which in turn activates the relationships it governs.
Why does the Patanjali statue appear in multiple boxes?
The Sage Patanjali statue represents Sun (Su) energy — authority, authenticity, and healing. In RS's horoscope, Sun sits in Box 12 (Su.Aq.12) and is the sign lord of Leo (Box 6). Since Box 6 covers work relationships and Box 12 covers everyday functioning, the Patanjali statue placed in the West zone (Aquarius direction) simultaneously supports multiple boxes.
What does the green wooden chair in the NW zone do for relationships?
The green wooden chair is a Mercury (Me, green/wooden) remedy from the 45° hit of Me.Pi.12 on the Taurus cusp of Box 2. Mercury's green color and wooden material, placed in the NW (Taurus zone), activates Box 2's money and family activities — Mercury brings communication, clarity, and smooth negotiation to financial and family matters.
Why are the Gold Omega watch and silver dolphin both placed in NE?
Both are remedies for Box 10 (Sagittarius = NE zone). The Gold Omega watch is a mixed-trait remedy for Rahu (attention-grabbing brand + Jupiter gold via 30° hit). The silver dolphin is a Moon remedy (emotional intelligence + silver material + dolphin sea-creature shape) also assisted by Jupiter's 30° gold hit. Both placed in NE together amplify excellence, top positions, and relationships with high-positioned people.
