1. Acceptance

By using MahaJyotish ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

MahaJyotish provides Vedic astrology information for educational and entertainment purposes only. Astrology reports are based on traditional Vedic systems and should not be used as:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Legal or financial advice
• A substitute for professional consultation
• Prediction of specific future events

3. Accuracy of Birth Data

The accuracy of your Kundli depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. MahaJyotish is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect birth time, date, or place.

4. Payments and Refunds

Premium reports are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of the service:

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the report was not successfully delivered due to a technical error on our side.
• Refunds are not available after 24 hours or if the report was successfully delivered.
• For refund requests, email support@mahajyotish.com with your order reference.

Payments are collected directly via UPI. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MahaJyotish — including articles, reports, code, and design — is owned by MahaJyotish / VastuGuruji group. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MahaJyotish provides astrological information as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy of astrological predictions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MahaJyotish is not liable for any decisions made based on our reports.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
