Your birth chart never changes. The sky at the moment you were born was the same sky, whether you read it from Delhi or Dubai. Your Moon, your nakshatra, your dasha — all exactly as they always were.
But the houses change. A chart is drawn from the horizon at your place. When you move, the horizon moves — so the same planets fall into different parts of your chart.
An example. Born in Raipur at 1:40 pm, now living in New York: the Lagna moves from Aries to Libra, Jupiter moves into the 12th — foreign lands — and Saturn and Mars into the 11th, income and gains. Not one planet moves a single degree.
What this does not do. It will not change your Moon sign, your nakshatra or your dasha. Anyone who tells you those change when you move is wrong — and we will not tell you that.
