Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data MahaJyotish holds about you — including your name, birth details (date, time and place of birth), the kundli charts generated for you, your email address and phone/WhatsApp number, and your account.

How to request deletion

Choose any one of the following:

• Email us at info@mahajyotish.com with the subject line “Delete my data”, from the email address associated with your account (or include the name, date of birth and phone number you used).
• WhatsApp us at +91 96034 40000 with the message “Delete my data”.
• Signed-in users can also open My Account and use the sign-out / device management options, then email us to remove the saved charts.

What we delete & how long it takes

• Your saved kundli charts and birth details
• Your account, email and phone/WhatsApp number
• Any cached copies and message logs tied to your number

We verify the request (to protect against fraudulent deletions) and complete it within 30 days. We may retain the minimum records required by law (e.g. payment/tax records) for the legally mandated period; these are not used for any other purpose.

Note on login

MahaJyotish uses Google Sign-In for accounts; we do not receive data from Facebook Login. Regardless of how you signed in, the deletion process above removes all personal data we hold about you.
