What is an Astro-Vastu Kundli?

An Astro-Vastu Kundli is your birth chart read onto your home. Every one of the 27 nakshatras has a presiding devata, and every devata has a seat on the 45-devta Vastu Purusha Mandala — the classical 9×9 grid that Vastu Shastra lays over a house. Your Moon's nakshatra tells which square is yours to honour; your Ascendant's tells which face your home shows the world; each of the nine grahas lights the square of its own nakshatra. Read together, they give one clear answer per direction — honour it, keep it clean, use it for growth, or leave it be — and three practical steps to begin with.

This is not a generic room-by-room Vastu checklist. The seats come from Vastu Guruji Rana Sikander's Astro-Vastu Kundli Chakra, in which all 27 nakshatras are mapped to their exact squares, so the report can never say "no fixed seat". Add your property's facing and main door and the same reading is overlaid on your actual floor plan.
